Wreck of the Titan

"Wreck Of The Titan" is a book I long to read but I probably have to order it. It's a type of book that will probably send chills down your spine because when Morgan Robertson got this book published in 1898; all he wrote about the "Titan" was so close to the actual events of the "Titanic" in 1912. The ship he drew even looked like the titanic here are some of the similarities:
Titan: 2500 passengers drowned
Titanic: 2208 passengers died
Titan: Had 24 life boats
Titanic: Had 20 life
Titan: was 800 feet displacing 75,000 tons
Titanic: was 882 feet displacing 53,000 long tons

Now you see why I want to read the book

Animal Farm review/short summary (no spoilers)

Alright so I read this book a while back but I completly forgot to do a review/summary on it! Animal farm is about the Russian Revolution, but instead of actually letting the characters be human George Orwell made them animals on a farm. And wouldn't you guess in the end you learn power is a terrible thing if not treated right. This book was a great classic that I really enjoyed. And the thing is you can relate to the book it doesn't just have to be about the Russian Revolution it can be about how humans act in general (well in this case "animals"). It shows you that you must stay humbled in life only then will you succeed. I would love to share the best line I've ever heard in my life, but then I would spoil the book. Trust me once you read it you'll know what that line was. This was the book that made me love George Orwell! And now one of my favorite classics of all time! Point being GET THE BOOK A.S.A.P! You wont regret it..

Night World Review

Okay, so this book was recommended to me by my best friend. Honestly I loved the first story, but in the second one I sort of just drifted off. It became so boring and I decided to just put it down. I will go back to finishing it because my friend told me it'll get better. But not until I finish the books I have on my list! Overall the first story is adorable and you should look foward to that. As for the second one I have no clue what happened. I'll give it another shot but if I still feel like I'm going to fall asleep I'll have to stop reading it. The thing about "Night World" is everyone has a different take on each story. So really and truely you should give it a shot before listening to me and how I'm saying it's boring. Everyone has a different opinion on the book so I would love to here yours!

The Reckoning Review!

Sorry it has been a while since I've posted but my friend "bugged" (more like reminded; thank you) me about making another post so here it is.The Reckoning was a great book Kelly Armstrong ended the trilogy beautifully. But I will say that I still think "The Awakening" was still the best book (the second book). More towards the middle of the book is where everything started to get really interesting in "The Reckoning". Not that the beginning was boring but lets just say I couldn't put the book down when I got to the middle. I wont do a summary on this book yet because I don't want to do a rushed job and I've been really busy this week. So I will post a short summary (that doesn't spoil the story) somewhere next week. But in conclusion to the review I will just say she ended it really nicley so you wouldn't need to expect a forth book!
